Marinated Elk Teriyaki Strips

½ cup soy sauce

2 tsp. ginger

¼ cup oil

2 tsp. dry mustard

2 T. molasses

Cut steak in small pieces and tenderize by poking with a fork in meat and marinate overnight or 3 to 4 hours before grilling.
