Start with one Bear Creek Tortilla Soup Mix packet
Add 1 1/2 cups rice
1 can of corn
1/2 to 1 can of Rotel (amount depends on personal preference)
1 pack Team Realtree Smoked Sausage
2 cups sliced mushrooms or other vegetables are optional
Boil 15-20 minutes or until rice is soft
This dish can also be slow cooked in a crockpot
