Cedar blank-optional
Flank steak

Marinade:

1/3 cup chili sauce                      1/4  tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup water                              1 tbs dried parsley
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce         1/8 tsp chili powder
1/3 cup soy sauce                        1 tbs dried oregano
¼ tsp black pepper                     1/8 tsp dry mustard

Combine all marinade ingredients and bring to a low boil.  Pour a generous amount on the flank steak.

Place the flank steak on a soaked cedar plank and place on a 350° grill or baked at 350° in the oven until you reach an internal temperature of 150°

Pour the remaining marinade on the cooked flank steak and serve.
