1 ½ cup Ponzu sauce
½ cup heavy cream
1 lb salmon

Marinade salmon in about ½ cup of Ponzu sauce for 10 – 20 minutes.
While salmon is marinating, bring remaining ponzu sauce to a boil over medium heat.
Boil until liquid is reduced by half.  Careful, it will burn if you don’t watch and stir occasionally.
Reduce heat to low and slowly add heavy cream.  It should be the consistency of gravy.

Grill salmon on soaked cedar blank at 350° for about 30 minutes.
Once the salmon is cooked pour the ponzu/ heavy cream mixture over and serve.

** You can thicken the ponzu sauce mix by adding ¾ cup of heavy cream once it has cooled and then slowly reheat the mixture**
