Ingredients:

4 Elk steaks
1 tomato
1-zucchini
1-red pepper
1-onion
2 T olive oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Italian seasoning
1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Warm grill to 400 degrees

Take Elk steaks and tenderize them. Cut 4-5 slits in them but not all the way through.

In each slit put a slice of tomato, zucchini, onion, and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed steaks. Top with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 30 minutes or desired wellness.

Then top with cheese the last 5 minutes.
