Ingredients:

3 lb of venison burger
1 cup of bread crumbs
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
2 tsp salt
1 tsp of pepper
2 eggs
2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
Thick fresh Mozzarella slices
2 cups of Ketchup
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp red wine vinegar

Instructions:

Preheat 350 degrees

Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Mozzarella, vinegar, and brown sugar together.

Take half mixture and make loaf. Place cut mozzarella cheese on top of meat mixture. Take remaining mixture to put on top making loaf complete.

Mix ketchup, brown sugar and red wine vinegar then place sauce on top.

Bake for 1 hour
