1  8-ounce page of Team Realtee Sausage patties
1  16-ounce loaf raisin bread cubed (approx. 12 cups)
6  egg
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons maple syrup

1. Brown patties on both sides over medium heat; drain fat.  Cut patties into bite-size pieces.

2. Spray a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.  Place bread cubes in dish.
Add sausage pieces.  Beat together eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Pour over bread and sausage, pressing sausage and bread into egg mixture.  Cover; chill for
8 hours or overnight.
3. Prepare topping: Combine brown sugar, pecans, butter and maple syrup.  Drop by teaspoons
over top of egg mixture.  Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till a knife inserted
near center comes our clean.

Makes 8 to 10 servings.
