1 lb. ground venison

1 can (2 oz.) green chiles

1 cup cheddar cheese cubes

½ cup mushrooms

6-8 cherry tomatoes

6 slices of bacon

2 T. Worcestershire sauce

2 T. onion flakes

1 T. Montreal seasoning

1 T. salt

1 tsp. pepper

 

Fry and crumble the bacon. Bacon mushroom, chiles and cheddar cheese with small   Make small patty of burger then place ingredients on top and add more meat on top until desired size.  Fry in frying pan or on grill.  Remember to cook slower for longer period of time to cook properly.
