Set Pit Boss grill to 350 degrees.
Cook brats on grill.
Option 1:
Make your favorite mac and cheese recipe. Place mac and cheese on a hot dog bun with brat and top with barbeque sauce.
Option 2:
Break angel hair pasta into small pieces and cook. Place angel hair pasta on a hot dog bun with brat, and top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
