Ingredients 3-5 lbs. of Venison 4-5 cloves of garlic 1 cup of Molasses 1 cup Shoyu (soy sauce) 1 cup lemon or lime juice 4 Tbsp. ground coriander seeds   Directions Pour over venison marinate overnight in container/sealed Ziploc and cook on grill.
