6 oz. chow mein noodles

1 tsp. dark sesame oil

3 T. vegetable oil

2 cups chopped broccoli

1 ½ cups sliced onion

1 T. minced peeled fresh ginger

4 garlic cloves, mined

1 lb. venison cubed steak

3 T. beef broth

3 T. soy sauce

2 T. brown sugar

1 (5 ½ oz.) can sweet baby corn

Put cooked, drained pasta noodles in a pot and toss them with sesame oil.  Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.  Add the broccoli, onion, and sweet baby corn and cook for 3 minutes.  Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds.  Add the steak and cook for 5 minutes or until it is no longer pink.
