Prep time is quick with recipe.

6 eggs

1/4 cup milk

Mix egg and milk together

1 package Hi-Country Fish Batter (Three flavors available)

Dip fish in milk/egg mixture

Have batter mixture in gallon Ziploc like bag

Add fish to batter and shake together.

Make sure oil is hot by dropping in a pinch of batter in oil and make sure it is bubbling.

Cook in oil until thoroughly cooked and golden brown.
