Moose Pasties

1 lb of moose burger

3 c diced potatoes

1 c chopped onion

2 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp parsley flakes

1 can of canned milk

homemade pie dough or premade pie dough to save time

*Preheat oven to 375°

*Brown burger with salt and pepper

*Mix burger, potatoes, onion, and parsley in a bowl.

*Roll out pie dough to an 8” oval.

*Put about 3/4 c filling on one end of the crust. Fold the dough over it and seal the edges.

*Bush with canned milk

*Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place pasties on the baking sheet

*Bake at 375° for 40-50 min

*Optional- top with your favorite brown gravy
