- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 20 fresh mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 pound sliced bacon, cut in half
- 1 pound sausage
Preheat the oven to 350°
In a medium bowl, mix together the green onions, softened cream cheese, sausage and parmesan cheese.
Stuff mushrooms with the mixture. Wrap each mushroom in a crisscross pattern with bacon. Place in a baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes in preheated oven, until the bacon is cooked through.
