- 4 duck breasts, sliced in half, tenderize with mallet
- 1 small can water chestnuts
- 4 whole green chilies
- 8 cubes of pepper jack cheese
- 8 slices of bacon
Preheat grill to 350°
Use meat mallet to tenderize duck breast, then place a small piece of green chili, pepper jack cheese, and water chestnut in the middle of the duck. Fold together then wrap with bacon crisscross. Use toothpick to secure.
Cook for 15-25 min, depending on thickness of the duck.
