Breakfast Burritos


2 lbs. cooked Team Realtree Sausage

10 eggs

2 cups shredded cheese

soft flour tortillas

Cook sausage, drain and set aside

Scramble eggs and set aside

Place 1/3 cup of sausage 1/4 cup egg and 1/4 cup cheese in center of tortilla shell.  Fold the sides into the middle and role tightly.  These can be rolled in foil and can be frozen for 3-4 months.

Bake 30 minutes at 350° if refrigerated or 45 minutes if frozen.
