¼ c cream

½ c chicken broth

2 c of green chili’s or 1c poblano chili’s (no seeds)

4 T of butter

1 T-minced garlic

1 tsp of basil

4 pieces of dorado

Salt and pepper to tast

*Take chili’s, broth and cream and put in blender. Blend until smooth

*Take a skillet add butter, garlic and basil than add the Dorado

*Add Blended sauce to Dorado and let it heat over the fish. Cover with a lid.

*Serve with optional pico or salsa over the fish.
