Ingredients:

Venison Roast or 3-4 steaks (if steaks cut into medalions)
3 Tbsp Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Meat seasoning (I like Montreal steak seasoning)
2 cups of water
1 onion soup packet
1 Au Jus packet mix
1 pack of fresh mushroom
1 can of beef broth
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 bag of egg noodles
1-2 cup of heaving cream

Instructions:

Sear meat with oil in pan on each side.

Add all seasoning, soup pack mix, Au jus packet, beef broth and mushrooms. Cook high for 3-4 hours. After this, if used roast then shred meat with fork. Stir in 1 bag of cooked egg noodles and add 1 cup of cream.

Mix together and serve.
