Ingredients:

1 lb of spaghetti noodles, cooked al dente
3 eggs beaten
2 cups Ricotta
1-8oz mozzarella slices
2 cups meat sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup fresh grated parmesan
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Lightly grease springform cake pan

In large bowl combine cooked and slightly cooled spaghetti with beaten eggs mixed in.

Place 1/3 of noodles mixture to pan then add slices of cheese and 1 cup of ricotta. Next 1 cup of meat sauce then repeat these steps for next layer. Top with Parmesan and shredded mozzarella on top. Bake 35-45 minutes. Allow pasta pie to cool for 5-10 minutes prior to serving.
